ABOUT THE REVOLUTION
“Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.”
― Lou Holtz
The Northland Revolution is a youth sports organization dedicated to preserving the values, integrity and safety in youth sports. We set out to create a different perspective on what youth sports should be. To us youth sorts is more than wins and losses. It teaches so many valuable life lessons that can only be taught through unity, hard work and dedication. Regardless of ability or level of play, everyone has a spot on the revolution. We feel that the values of sports will last far beyond the field. Our Head Coach Dustin Cundiff has nearly 30 years of football, wrestling, and baseball knowledge to share, and has brought together a coaching staff that is dedicated to doing things the "Right way". All of our coaches are certified through their respective sports such as USA football, USA wrestling and expected to attend several coaching and safety clinics year round.

Coach Cundiff
Head Coach "Dirty" Dustin Cundiff is not your typical “Dad Coach”.
With nearly 30 years of football experience. He has played, coached and managed football at nearly every level. His experience includes 10 plus years of playing Minor-league football where he made the all-star team 7 times, 5 plus years of Minor-league football coaching experience, including Head Coach, Defense Coordinator, Offensive Coordinator, and D-line Coach, 10 plus years of football management at the minor league level, where he sat on the board of directors, was a player representative, and league representative.
It is this experience that sets Coach Cundiff aside from other coaches. He has been there, and and done that, and therefor has no need to live his dreams through his kids.
Simply put, he wants to share his knowledge and experience of the great game of football with the next generations, while empowering youth with the tools needed to be successful not only on the field but in life as well.
